Authentic Roots & Expert Craftsmanship
Chef Manny hails from Italy and trained at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu. Growing up immersed in his family’s culinary legacy—especially his grandmother’s and mother’s time-tested recipes—he brings a passion for quality and tradition to every dish. After honing his skills in Europe and leading top Italian kitchens in Melbourne, Australia, he moved to the U.S. in 2015 and ultimately opened Manny’s in 2020 with Tina by his side.
Chef Chris, born in the U.S. with deep Italian roots, has also worked in some of the area’s finest restaurants and top wholesale food companies. Together, their shared vision continues to drive the excellence behind every item we offer.
